Curriculum
A curriculum called the Include³ method were developed to:
Train career guidance and counseling professionals.
Teach them how to provide inclusive counseling that links sheltered vocational education and training (VET) to the job market.
An evaluation report were created to:
Improve the curriculum.
Inform the tools for putting it into practice.
Generate practical experiences for creating case-study materials.
Implementation guidelines and a self-learning module were developed to:
Help trainers confidently deliver the curriculum.
Use materials from pilot programs to support this process.
A curriculum for collaborative inclusive learning the Include³ method have been developed to equip career guidance and counseling professionals with all necessary skills and capabilites to organise inclusive counselling that connects sheltered vocational and educational training and the labour market. The curriculum cross-reference products from workpackage 2 and workpackage 3. Additional material were developed as necessary to support the learning process.
An evaluation report were used to improve the curriculum and to inform and the tools for implementation. As the curriculum is highly practice-oriented and anticipates/enacts the application of the Include³ method, practical experiences were documented to generate case-study format materials.
Implementation guidelines and a self-learning module that puts trainer into a position to deliver the curriculum in a confident and effective way. This module utilised the materials generated in the pilots.
