Community Engagement Events: Four events in Belgium, Cyprus, Germany, and Slovenia gathered 70 participants, including inclusion specialists, employers, and people with disabilities, to share feedback on project guidelines and focus group findings.

In Slovenia, strengthening rehabilitation networks and fostering independence through inclusive housing and employment were prioritized.

Workshop Findings: Methods like World Café and Walt Disney encouraged participants to envision future inclusion, tackle current challenges, and explore actionable improvements.

Challenges Identified: Common issues include societal stigma, limited resources, systemic barriers, and the need for flexible and inclusive workplace structures.
